Nattkino / Night movies

Läser just nu en bok som heter "Nattkino, ei bok om draum", den är skriven av en norsk drömforskare vid namn Jon Tolaas. Det står en del bra i den så jag fick lust att citera från den.

"Når vi har opplevd det dramatiske maskefallet i eigne og andre sine draumar, blir den eindimensjonale "sanninga" om eit menneske påtrengande lik ein karikatur. Eit menneske eg har snakka med om ein draum, kan aldrig bli heilt det same etterpå. Det er som eg fått [...] sett ein spennande ny dimensjon som faldar seg ut. Det er eit privilegium som krev både respekt og takt. Det er lett å bli glad i drøymarar. Vi lever alle så vanskelige, gåtefulle og spennande natteliv."

I´m currently reading a book called "Nattkino, ei bok om draum" (Night movies, a book on dreams), it is written by a Norwegian dream researcher named Jon Tolaas. There is some good stuff in it so I´d like to quote from it.

"When we have experienced the dramatic fall of masks in our own and other's dreams, the onedimentional " truth " about a man looks like a caricature. A man I've talked to about a dream, can never be quite the same afterwards. It is as I have [...] seen an exciting new dimension unfolding. It is a privilege that requires both respect and tact. It's easy to become fond of dreamers. We all live so difficult, mysterious and exciting nightlives. "
